The whole scene of the largest animal protein fair in Latin America is being prepared, this year the event will occupy a 40% greater area than the previous edition and will house more than 150 national and international companies, as well as model farm, digital farming space, auditorium of innovations, fish factory, space cooperatives and Gourmet arena. Avesui EuroTier South America opens its doors next Tuesday (23, july) and goes until the 25th with visits to producers, technicians and employees of cooperatives and agroindustries and other people linked to the production of animal protein.
A stage for the presentation of innovations and debates on topics of relevance to the animal protein sectors, AveSui EuroTier South America receives in its three days of fair caravans of visitors from Brazil and around the world. We have already confirmed 30 groups coming from all regions of Brazil and also from Latin American countries like Peru, Argentina, Paraguay and Mexico. The public expectation this year is more than 13 thousand people.
Annually, producers from Brazil and other countries gather in groups destined to AveSui, in search of the business opportunities and partnerships that the fair offers, since the fair has as its strong point the great international presence, not only of exhibitors, but also of buyers.

Opening Ceremony and Quem é Quem Award
The opening ceremony of the event, which takes place on the 23rd at 6pm, is marked by the delivery of the Quem é Quem Award – Biggest and Best Cooperatives, the winners chosen by the consulting firm Markestrat and also by popular vote. Presidents, managers and technicians of the cooperatives linked to the poultry, pork and fish chains confirmed their presence.
Created by the Industrial Poultry and Industrial Suinocultura magazines, Gessulli Agribusiness publications, the award a new category this year, biomass & bioenergy, an area that grows within the intensive production of pigs and poultry, generating solutions for the disposal of the waste, as well as viable alternatives to energy generation. The other ten categories are: Economic-Financial Performance, Environmental Responsibility, Social Responsibility, Sustainable Development, Best Cooperated (Poultry and Swine), Best Technical / Technical Assistance, Innovation, Operational Management, Cooperative and Retail.
A large number of members and families will also be present on July 23rd for the winners of the 2019 edition of Quem é Quem. With its start scheduled for 18 hours, the award will have free access to all visitors and exhibitors of AveSui EuroTier South America.
Technical Scientific Programming
It was not only AveSui’s physical space that was expanded. The technical program that includes the IV Precision Livestock Farming Congress and the VXIII Scientific and Technical Seminar on Poultry and Pork have also gained new panels, in total there will be more than 40 lectures for professionals of the sector to update and optimize the national production. To date, more than 500 people have signed up to participate in these activities. The seminar counts on topics such as Biosecurity, Market, Euthanasia, Feeding Factory, Artificial Insemination, Animal Welfare, Meat Processing, Fish Farming, Biomass & Bioenergy until the Congress of Precision Zootechnics. In addition to the seminar, researchers and students will be able to send their scientific papers for Oswaldo Gessulli Institute awards.

Auditorium of Innovations – free lectures
AveSui EuroTier South America once again offers the Innovation Auditorium with free lectures to visitors to get to know the trends and launches of the world production sector. The auditorium seeks to promote interaction between public, exhibitors, visitors and national and international companies bringing novelties and innovations from national and international exhibitors.
This year will be debated topics such as ambience, rural finance, new technologies, renewable energies, and construction and civil construction. Also in the auditorium of innovations will be the presentation of the startups that are part of the Digital farming space.

Digital Farming Espace
The silent revolution of agricultural 4.0 will be featured at AveSui Eurotier South America 2019. The Digital Farming Space, one of the most anticipated attractions of the event and has ten startups in the sector. The space is an initiative of the Oswaldo Gessulli Institute, with the support of Embrapa Suinos and Aves, coordinated by Dr. George Hiraiwa, and Dr. Renata Abreu.
In a technological environment, startups will be able to display their research and find investors who want to bet on their ideas. On the 23rd there will be a presentation of the ten startups in the innovations auditorium at 15:00. The visitation is open to the public who can learn more about each developed technology
The confirmed startups are Granter with a digital cross-farm integration system; the CEPR1 that presents the first project developed by the Ecoperative System; FOHAT with software for the digitization and management of the commercialization of energy; TransPORK with installed transportation monitoring system; the Mais Caipira focused on alternative poultry farming; Agrotatil with the Tatilfish platform; Bley energies with the microrefinery; Agrisolus with sensors and software for management; and Kemia, winner of InovaPork with solution for the treatment of waste water.
Cooperatives Space
AveSui will also have space dedicated to the caravans of cooperatives that come from different parts of the country, some of them will travel twelve hours to reach the fair. The Cooperative Space is a space of hospitality, a structure built to welcome the members and has a structure for rest and interaction.

Model Farm
And as it is already tradition of the largest animal protein trade show in Latin America, an interactive space to demonstrate the main equipment and infrastructure to build a modern, efficient, sustainable and profitable farm to the producer will be set up inside the largest fair of poultry, swine and fish From Latin America. Granja Modelo is a show room, inside the event, so that visitors can see, idealize and plan their next purchase. A pioneer in partnerships, joint ventures, and new businesses, AveSui has reached its 19th consolidated edition as a meeting point for the poultry, pork and fish industry in Latin America, offering its visitors opportunities for direct contact with new companies, technologies and solutions for production around the world.
Visitors will have access to national and international companies, many of them exhibiting for the first time in Brazil. The fair will be held on July 23, 24 and 25 at the Lar Centro de Eventos in the city of Medianeira, in the western region of Paraná, within the largest animal protein production center in the world.
The city is located 60km from Foz do Iguaçu, the third Brazilian city that receives the most international tourists and has its ends connected by large highways, providing comfort, practicality of locomotion to the exhibitors and visitors of AveSui EuroTier South America to the Convention Center of Home .
