Automation systems for medications dosage facilitate control in properties

Process automation is increasingly present in animal production and in the dosage of medicines in rations and water is no different. The automated process brings more precision and safety at the time of addition and also in the handling of medicines.

Reinaldo Silva, director of the company Tecnobio, explains that the main benefit to the producer is knowing that the medicine is being dosed in the correct quantity, easy to use, quick installation, low maintenance. “The main importance is the correct dosage of medication, as it is proportional to the flow rate, it does not depend on drag” he added.

Silva says that in the trend of industry 4.0, new technologies have arrived at the dosing system “Automation with automatic chlorine control systems, via the Web with reports for Quality control. Meeting CIF requirements ”, says the director.

These technologies will be available to producers during AveSui 2021, which will take place between 28 and 30 July. Silva says that Tecnobio will highlight Automation Systems for dosing medicines. “In 2019, we managed to achieve several goals. The fair brought us greater visibility. With greater visibility by the sector, we have achieved new long-term projects. This provided us with a new demand for the next edition ”, explained

The fair is held annually in the West of Paraná, next to the triple border that facilitates the access of visitors from Brazil and also from Latin America. “The event is very important, due to its location, it can reach a larger audience”, confirm  the director.
