Feed Factory Management and Automation helps meet increasingly strict production norms and standards

The production of animal feed and nutrition is increasingly automated and digital, following the trends of agro 4.0. The automation and management systems, in addition to each day more complete, are increasingly present in the production units.

SigaFran, for example, developed by Só Automação, is a system designed for control, management, automation and traceability of feed factories and animal nutrition, meeting the needs of a broader and more complete control of the feed production process, which currently they must meet increasingly strict production norms and standards.

Claudenei Schumann, from the Automation and Development department at Só Automação, explains that the system provides the factory with more safety, quality and efficiency in production, real-time process analysis, fewer operating errors and fewer handwritten documents, which guarantees a gain time and reduced production costs.

“The System is developed with the latest technology, being a modular and expandable system, easily adaptable to the needs of the production process, being able to contemplate the modules of Receiving, Analysis, Transiling, Dosing (Automatic and Assisted Weighing), Mixing, Grinding, Pelleting , Extrusion, Shipping (Bulk and Baggage), Traceability, CEP (Statistical Process Control), Maintenance and Data Integration (SRP’s) ”, detailed Schumann.

Innovations in SigaFran System regarding assisted weighing, auditing, new look and version of the system, greater use with mobile devices, among others, will be presented at AveSui 2021, which takes place on April 13, 14 and 15 in Medianeira in Paraná. In the 2019 edition, the company brought this technology and had positive results. “We exceeded the objectives, contacts were made, deals were closed and the indicators point to a new record for the company,” said Edilson José Mischaut, from the company’s commercial department
