BRDE bank will be offering credit lines for agribusiness at AveSui Eurotier

The Banco de Desenvolvimento da Região Sul (BRDE), a public financial institution for agribusiness development, controlled by the three southern states, has announced R$ 1 billion in credit to producers in the region during 2019. These financial resources are available in credit lines for renewable energy and innovative projects in agribusiness, in addition to the traditional lines of the Safra Plan (Brazilian government credit line). BRDE will bring this support to AveSui Eurotier South America, where it intends to broaden contact with main players of the sector, with the aim of boosting new businesses.

The superintendent of the Paraná Branch of BRDE, Paulo Cesar Starke Júnior, explains that the bank is one of the main financiers of the animal production chain of the region and therefore cannot sit out the event happening from the 23rd to the 25th of July in western Paraná. In his words, “The fair is one of the largest events in the poultry industry, small and large companies, and BRDE is one of the largest funders in the region. We know the importance to the State’s economy, and how investment in the field can be an inducer to the development of large production centers”.

For Júnior, a new cycle of investments has already begun and will intensify in the sector in the years to come, as much in innovation as in the consolidation and increase of the productivity now in place. “The development of the South Region is through the investments made by the livestock segments in which we are today leaders for the world”, added Júnior.

For this year’s event, BRDE will present credit lines beyond the traditional lines of the Safra Plan for renewable energy and innovation in agribusiness. “We will present the best financing conditions for sustainable investment. The visitor can count on the expertise of BRDE in the agribusiness sector to obtain the best solution for the development of their project”, said BRDE’s superintendent.

AveSui EuroTier South America

The partnership between Gessulli Agribusiness, director of AveSui Latin America, and DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts Gesellschaft – German Agricultural Society), organizer of EuroTier, will bring to western Parana the largest fair of poultry, pork, fish and milk in Latin America. The joint initiative is due to the expertise of both institutions in the organization of agribusiness events. Gessulli Agribusiness, company responsible for the centennial magazine Avicultura Industrial, has organized the AveSui fair for 18 years. DLG has been organizing EuroTier since 1993, every two years, at the Hannover Exhibition Center in Germany.
