Merger: AveSui América Latina and Tecno Food Brazil are now the International Trade Fair for Production and Processing of Animal Protein

Given the promising and growing global market, the Brazilian and Latin American animal protein chain was calling for a new and bigger space, which would meet the needs of all the links that compose this sector. With an eye on these movements, and supported by its vast experience in the organization of sectorial events, Gessulli Agribusiness, organizer of AveSui América Latina, and G5 Promotrade, organizer of Tecno Food Brazil, have joined forces to create a new meeting place for all those involved in the animal protein chain. This will be a new complete and horizontal event that will cover production to processing, from field to fork. AveSui and Tecno Food Brazil have come together and are now the International Trade Fair for Production and Processing of Animal Protein, which will have its first edition in Curitiba, Paraná, from April 28-30, 2015 at the ExpoTrade Convention Center. The Fair will be conducted biennially, thus meeting a long-term request from representatives of the markets for poultry, pork and dairy who wanted a cohesive, complete and biennial event. With the support of the Associação Brasileira de Máquinas e Equipamentos (Abimaq) [Brazilian Association of Machinery and Equipment] and the Câmara Setorial de Máquinas para a Indústria Alimentícia, Farmacêutica  e de Refrigeração Industrial [Sectoral Chamber of Machinery for the Food, Pharmaceutical and Industrial Refrigeration Industry], and other leading entities in this sector, the FIPPPA marks the combination of efforts of two companies that are highly regarded for the organization of large trade shows, so that visitors and exhibitors can multiply their business. This is a very special moment for the entire Brazilian and Latin American animal protein production and processing market.  “We innovate to create an event different from everything that has been seen until now in the Brazilian market. With the new structure of FIPPPA, we will have the entire chain joined in a single complete event for both exhibitors and visitors,” emphasized the director of Gessulli Agribusiness, Andrea Gessulli.

At FIPPPA, exhibitors and visitors will minimize their costs for infrastructure, transportation, lodging and food, because the entire chain will be combined at one location. It will also be an opportunity for all the suppliers in the animal protein production chain to be together, promoting the exchange of ideas and the existing synergy between products and equipment, seeking improvements for all the producers.

Scientific Technical Seminar
In addition to the new space for holding the trade show, the FIPPPA will continue the excellent work realized at AveSui in the Scientific-Technical Seminar for Swine and Poultry, which presents the latest technical information and specialization through unique workshops, lectures and practical courses with the presence of renowned speakers from Brazil and abroad. Students and young professionals who are seeking improved practices that are applicable to their daily work, whether in production or industry, will also find what they are looking for at FIPPPA. All of the activities are closely accompanied by the organizers and coordination of the leading universities and entities in the sector. The event also features the 3rd edition of the Researcher and Young Professional Award organized by the Instituto Oswaldo Gessulli, which will also be expanded, along with the fair itself.
