Fish Factory to be presented at AveSui 2018

Recolast, a company that is experienced in fish production, is one of those confirmed at AveSui 2018, which this year takes place in Medianeira, Paraná. The company is already a partner of the event and has participated since 2005 in the largest fair of poultry, swine and fish in Latin America.

For Luiz Roberto Pelosi, technical director of the company, aquaculture is an activity complementary to the others in the productive chain.

At AveSui 2018, the company intends to launch the Modular Fish Factory. “The launch will allow it to acquire the factory for a ¼ of the price and then already making upgrades to increase production and biosafety,” says Pelosi.

Fish farming adds new possibilities

The activity of fish farming in Paraná, in 2016, grew by 10%. Only the western part of the state concentrates 69% of all production. In this edition, in addition to the poultry and swine sector, AveSui 2018 aggregates the productive sector of fish, and with it all the links that involve this market, from nutrition to processing.
