Grupo Pizzinatto presents news in thermoacoustic tiles for sheds

Grupo Pizzinatto, a company specialized in coated steel products for the civil construction sector, confirms its presence at AveSui 2018 that will take place on August 1, 2 and 3 in Medianeira. The company is characterized by products with excellent thermal and acoustic treatment of environment, which increase the productivity and reduce the costs in the use of equipment for the refrigeration.

The company has great expectations to know the market and offer solutions of coverage and thermoacoustic closure for the sector. The company supplies tiles made from galvanized steel or galvalume, meeting sustainability standards and requirements, with recyclable materials.

At AveSui 2018, the company intends to present its line of thermoacoustic tiles in steel. “The models of the Pizzinatto Thermoacoustic line are characterized by the excellent thermal and acoustic treatment of the environment, increasing productivity and reducing costs in the use of refrigeration equipment,” says the Group’s CEO, Felipe Pizzinatto.

The line of tiles that the company offers allows several combinations in its materials, manufactured according to the need of the project. “It can be altered from the models of tiles, such as their filling and finishing from the bottom,” adds the manager.

The Group launched as a market differential the thermal filling in Poiisocianurato – PIR for tiles. This new product is commercially available in compliance with the International FM Approval (Factory Mutual – Class 1).

PIR has been widely used in the United States and Europe as standard filler for panels and insulation with thermal insulation. Brazil emerges among the countries of South America presenting an excellent alternative in the civil construction, still being considered a compound biodegradable and without compounds that attack the ozone layer. The material can be applied for residential, commercial and industrial works, possessing a greater resistance to the attack of rodents, insects and fungi.

These characteristics guarantee a greater durability also in places of humid climates and maresias, besides having cheaper insurance compared to other coatings used in the work.

“We have already provided for clients in the state of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. We use technology in our favor, and we believe this new product will be the benchmark and standard in the market in a few years, “says Felipe Pizzinatto.
